The extended and manifold space made of yellow, red and blu fragments randomly moving along perpendicular lines (first diagram) concentrates into a measured and balanced synthesis.

This initial scattered and frenzied composition (first diagram) is transformed into a unitary, more stable configuration symbolizing the essence of the whole painting, that is to say, dynamic relationships between opposites (horizontal and vertical) expressed through colors yellow, red and blue.

Broadway Boogie Woogie blossoms in a multitude of different entities (both through color and/or form) which represents in abstract form the thousand different things we see in real life; a multiplicity that gradually concentrate into an inner space showing unity, which then reverts outward to an unstable, manifold condition.

From virtually infinite fragmented lines, a plastic symbol of the endless plurality of things and situations we exprience around and within ourselves in real life, to the synthesis and unity our mind and spirit strive for and then again from the unity of our spirit towards the infinte multiplicity of real life in a never-ending process from exteriority toward interiority and from interiority toward exteriority.

A random, manifold space.. ..made of lines... ..gives way to planes.. ..developing an innner space consisting of two colors.. ..which finally becomes one plane made of all three primary colors. The configuration expressing inner unity moves then again outward from the inside... ..opening up to the initial extended, manifold and random space.
